Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate repeat infringers’ access to the site.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your federal district court
We will forward your counter-notification to the complainant and may restore the content unless the complainant files a court action.
